We currently offer delivery across Pakistan. Orders are shipped to major cities as well as other serviceable areas through our delivery partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service:

• Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2–3 business days

• Other cities and areas: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, remote-area delivery, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive confirmation with the available delivery or tracking information.

Please make sure that your name, phone number, and complete delivery address are correct when placing your order to avoid unnecessary delivery delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan for eligible orders.

When your order arrives, please ensure that someone is available at the provided delivery address to receive the parcel and make the required payment to the courier.

For some orders or products, an advance payment may be required. If applicable, the required amount will be communicated before order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cancellation requests may not be accepted once an order has been processed or dispatched.
